1.2. Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-3 hours.
1.3. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time once your order is processed.


2. Shipping Options

2.1. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 hours.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 30 minutes.

2.2. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


3. Delivery Areas

3.1. We deliver to the following regions:

  • Lagos state.
    3.2. For locations outside our delivery zones, please contact us at hello@seneliagro.com to explore possible arrangements.

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or delays with shipping partners.

6.1. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the specified address.
6.2. For perishable items, we recommend unpacking and storing them appropriately upon receipt to maintain freshness.

8. Undeliverable Orders

8.1. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or an unavailable recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
8.2. If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (excluding shipping fees).


9. International Shipping

9.2. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
